These terms and conditions are for your safety as a consumer and should be read before making a purchase on the website. Purchases made on the website bind you to these terms.
Pyttipynt cannot be held responsible for external circumstances beyond our control. We follow the Swedish Distance Selling and Home Sales Act (2005:59).
How do I order?
Shopping with us is easy. Click on “Buy” which is next to each product and the product ends up in the shopping cart. When you click on the shopping cart you can then choose the shipping method and then proceed to payment. The last step is to complete the purchase. If you have placed your order via the website, the purchase is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation by email. You will receive your confirmation no later than 24 hours after receiving the order. Orders on Fridays, holiday evenings and public holidays will be confirmed no later than 6 p.m. first on the following weekday.
Prices
All prices on the website are in Swedish kronor. As a small sole trader, we do not list VAT separately. If you have any questions about VAT or customs duties, please contact the Swedish Customs Administration for more information.
Shipping costs may apply.
We do not have a minimum order value or a minimum number of products for an order. So that you as a consumer can freely choose from our range. We reserve the right to possible price adjustments, stock changes and obvious typos and printing errors on the website.
Delivery time
As the items are generally handmade, the delivery time can vary greatly. However, we will keep you informed during the process and give approximate information about the delivery time.
Delivery and shipping
We mainly use Postnord as they cover the whole of Sweden and are the fastest even in rural areas.
Mainland Sweden: Shipping from SEK 58. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the order process.
Outside Sweden: Contact us for more information about what applies to you.
Uncollected package/Returns
Did you not have time to collect your package or book home delivery of your package to be returned to us? We then have the right to charge you for the shipping costs. If you want us to re-ship your package, we will do so for a flat shipping fee. Contact us to find out the exact shipping costs.
We do not refund shipping costs and shipping surcharges or additional services such as express handling or assembly.
Individually made pieces that contain, for example, names or personal lettering are generally excluded from exchange or return.
In short, these are hand-made, unique pieces that can include small flaws.
The above-mentioned defects are part of the product and cannot be exchanged.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
